Summer Solstice Festival

Essembra is to hold a Summer Solstice festival this year in the gardens of Aencar's Keep!

To include;

• Pie Eating Contest
• Jousting
• Hand-to-Hand duelling
• Archery
• Fortune Telling (PC magic-users --and charlatans-- welcome to take this stall)
• Bardic performances (PC bards most welcome to perform and/or compete together!)
• Pogo Bunions' Greatest Show Ever! 
• Merchants from far off lands selling rare goods
• An address by the War-Chancellor of Battledale, Lord Jarath Burlisk himself!
  

This will be an open event and for events like this we typically try and cover availability across European and US timezones so that as many people as would like to are able to participate together.

If you have a PC who would like to 'run' something at this event, such as a stall or provide a service then please let me know and we may be able to help you out with things like tents/stalls and props.

Legendary and three time awarded; illusionist, magician, and escape artist, will perform for the Summer Solstice Festival this year!
Included in the Big Top Extravaganza will be exotic creatures, deformities of nature, and magic that will TRANSFORM your mind!
Pogo always brings a Spectacular Parade that leads up to the event.
Tickets: 5 gold general admission, 10 gold to see the menagerie!

Once again, I've added some activities on there that could be run by PCs who have the inclination - fortune telling and bardic performances are ideal for enterprising PCs to take up and run (and keep all of the profits thereof  ) Let me know if you want to participate in any way or have your own ideas Happy to bounce ideas with people in Discord.

Lerin will do some strange and unsettling Shamanistic fortune telling! I'm thinking reading the bone runes, doing generally upsetting things with entrails, offering fertility blessings from THE ONE TRUE GOD OF NATURE (tm) and all that jazz.

If there could be a little bit set up in a corner of the area to look all woodsy and rustic and generally totally out of place with the other festivities, that would be awesome.

This is tomorrow. I'll definitely be running stuff around 7pm British time tomorrow (GMT+1/BST) and will be available variously at other times if there are people about.
