Roliver Thynd, proprietor of the
Silver Taproom in Essembra, puts the word out that a bardic festival and contest is to be held at his establishment at the turn of the month. Bards and those with performance training are especially encouraged to enter, though anyone may have a go if they feel brave enough to take the stage.
The prize is yet to be announced, but rumour has it that it'll be a very special thing indeed. And, of course, fame and fortune come with the victory - perhaps even gaining the notice of the War-Chancellor.
OOC: This is looking likely to be held on
Saturday March 31st at 7pm BST (British Summer Time/UTC+1), however this is quite flexible (within the UK timezone) so we can shift it earlier or later if that suits the majority.
Please register your interest by posting below and let me know if you'll be sending a competitor or just coming to enjoy the show (you don't have to be established to enter!). Audience members are absolutely welcome and I'm hoping we'll get a good turnout to cheer the PC bards on
Edit: I'm a doofus and thought daylight savings changes were happening AFTER this event but it turns out the clocks change this weekend. Please be aware that London time next week is different from London time at time of posting.
Please double check your time conversions. I'll post in the discord with notice several hours & 1 hour before the event begins just incase that helps!
