Currently live on the server! There will be a ~100MB nwsync download. Notable changes:

* VFX accessories have been added and can be accessed via a !vfx tool. There are also new !vfx save, !vfx load, and !vfx list commands.

* 28 voicesets have been added. They are available in character creation and listed on our wiki, starting at #1000.

* The server is now on patch 8193.16.
