A Place to Rest Old Bones [Clandery et al]
« on: November 05, 2019, 06:14:56 PM »
At the Millery Inn, in Hap, there is some gossip abroad. The Doommaiden - Taeryl Ravenstone - has been in town and exacted her goddess' punishment by relieving a local braggart of some valuable property he came to possess through the 'good luck' he had been so obnoxiously vocal about.

So, too, is it said that Clandery, the blind alchemist, has struck a deal of sorts with the white-haired priestess. The locals do not know much of it - save that the day before he had been seen visiting the local alchemist, the high priestess of Lathander, and finally spent a deal of time speaking with the barkeeper and a few long-term tenants about purchasing property in the village before he approached the Beshaban cleric.

The blind man departed for Essembra after his night's rest with what seemed like purpose, his faithful bird close by.

Clandery @kwabbernoot  will be seeking up to 5 companions for an important mission and as such this quest is per his invitation and not an open signup.

This thread is to help us with scheduling. My availability is quite flexible up to around the end of the month.

Time: 1pm EST / 6pm UTC

Location: Meet up wherever you wish pre-quest, we'll off screen the travel to the location we begin at :)

Roster

@kwabbernoot  - Clandery
@lucid - Shea
@farhorizon - Lyssariel
@Shug - Shug
@Donrath - Torgrim
@ides - ivos

Her skin is pale, her eyes are red,
Her leaden voice commands the dead,
To rise and stand beside their dreadful queen.
No mortal power escapes her thrall,
Her hunger will consume us all,
And even now I hear her call: Jolene

I think with the mix of timezones a Saturday may be our best bet here?

So, looks like options are November 16th or 23rd, or December 7th.

Which suits everyone best? We'll likely be looking at a US afternoon / Euro evening.

I have put placeholders in all 3 dates.

I can likely do all 3 of those dates.   I am hosting a game night at 6pm UTC-6 on Nov 16th, so if it goes late on that day I might have to drop off.

Currently all three dates work

Shea Miller, 8 ftr 1 rg
UTC -5 (US East)
16th I'd have to stop at the same times everyone else is saying, strange harmony there.
23rd and 7th are both open currently.
I will take your secret to the grave
I asked the cops to meet me there

Let's plan for the 23rd then, so we don't have to rush around and potentially break it up into 2 parts.

My day is open so I can do any start time. I believe @kwabbernoot  is UTC+1 so I'd like to avoid starting too late in the evening there for the same reason above :)
