Strange things have started to happen in Mistledale as the nights herald the end of the month of Eleint and the start of Marpenoth approaches.
The militia and Riders, so concerned have they been for the welfare of the dale with the issue of giants and an unnaturally cold autumn, have perhaps failed to notice, and failed to deal with, some other troubles besetting the villagers of the dale...
